When you submit the form, we process name, email, optional organisation and the message (including selected role, base and reference profile). The purpose is to answer your enquiry. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw by writing to us.

The form is sent to a PHP script on the web host (Hostinger), which forwards it by email to [email protected] via the host’s mail transport. The script does not store or log the message content.

Do not send health information, national ID or passport numbers, CVs or certificate copies. There is no file upload.

To limit abuse, the script stores a pseudonymous hash of the IP address together with a counter in a temporary folder outside the public web area. At most five attempts per 15 minutes; entries older than 15 minutes are deleted on the next submission.

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to follow up the enquiry and are then deleted. We have not set a fixed number of months.

The site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies and loads no external fonts or media. Browser localStorage holds only your choice in the cookie dialog and any checklist ticks. These are never sent to us. You can reopen the choice from the footer or clear browser data.

You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
